Senior Vue.js Developer
We are looking for Senior Vue.js Developer for our client from the pharma industry.

The developer will participate in a frontend development project of a web-based LIMS software used by a NGS (Next-Generation Sequencing) core lab, using modern Javascript frameworks. The frontend tasks will include capture user data entry, submit forms to web server, display information retrieved from backend databases and various report. The frontend to be developed is expected to an intuitive web interface that improves user experience, data entry efficiency and interactivity with various web forms and reports.
Responsibilities:
Lead frontend improvement initiatives
End to end technical responsibility (shared with the development team) including:
Design frontend architecture according to established industry best practices and in line with infrastructure capabilities and enterprise standards
Analyse requirements and provide delivery estimates
Design solutions for requested functionality, incl. existing specifications of front and backend, web UI, data models
Develop, maintain and deploy the frontend code of the application
Ensure the quality of the product
Troubleshoot and bug fix reported issues with the system
Keep the code libraries and based technology up to date
When needed, create and maintain technical documentation for the application
Collaborate with Product Owner, Testers and Business Users in PST time zone and technical resources in connected systems and platforms
Update progress on daily scrum meetings
Assure high quality of processes (in accordance with: DoR/DoD, QA process, Knowledge Management, CI/CD)
Must-Have:
Strong demonstrable JavaScript skills
Modern async or event-based JavaScript framework like VueJS CLI 2.x (preferred), Angular, React or similar
In-depth knowledge of JS, e.g.:
Limitations of the JS browser runtime environment
Asynchronicity under the hood, e.g. the event loop
Functional programming: map, reduce, other higher-order functions: lodash, ramda or equivalent utility libraries
Cypress framework or willingness to learn
Bitbucket
Mindset open to learning new things
Fluent in English
Good communication skills
Self-organized, reliable and precise
Available for a remote meeting after 5 pm one time per week
