BREADWAY a.s. – an innovative and growing bakery company with a long-standing tradition in the Czech market, is looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Representative who will be responsible for developing business relationships and sales of our high-quality bakery products in the Polish market.

Sales Representative

Location: lubelskie

 

Job description

  • Developing and acquiring new business partners and customers in Poland.
  • Presenting and selling our bakery products.
  • Identifying new business opportunities and preparing business offers.
  • Building long-term relationships with key customers.
  • Reporting and analyzing sales activities.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills in Polish (C1/C2 level).
  • Communication skills in English (B1/B2 level).
  • Strong sales skills and the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Ability to identify and seize new market opportunities.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a sales representative role, ideally in the food industry or a similar sector.
  • Knowledge of the Polish market and contacts in the business and distribution sectors.
  • Independence, a proactive approach, and a result-oriented mindset.
  • Valid driving license (Category B).
