The job is located in Coloplast Business Centre in Szczecin, Poland. It is a part of HR & Administration department where we provide a variety of HR services to the whole CPBC organization, including payroll, recruitment, employer branding and facility management.
About the job
Recruitment Researcher is responsible for supporting the CPBC Recruitment Team throughout the candidate recruitment process, acting as a brand ambassador and is responsible for sourcing and screening qualified candidates for open positions as well as building candidate pipelines for key roles. We would prefer to have our new colleague in the office in Szczecin but we are also open for hybrid or remote type of work.
Your responsibilities
Interacting with potential candidates on social media and professional networks and active approach to sourcing on networks like LinkedIn, direct search etc. (recruitments to various departments in Coloplast: Finance, Administration, Marketing, IT, HR etc.)
Responsible for the first screening of candidates via telephone and/or online interviews
Ensuring positions are managed through the approval and posting processes
Candidate evaluation process to determine final candidates
Managing the recruitment process and candidates in ATS and other related tools
Assisting Recruitment Team in developing and executing recruitment goals and strategy
Supporting in contacts with vendors (job board companies, job fair organizers, university authorities)
Providing regular reports and status updates to hiring managers, recruitment team and HR Manager
Participating in recruiting events, job fairs and Employer Branding projects
Requirements
1+ years of experience in a Recruiting (Talent Acquisition) function
At least basic knowledge of direct search techniques, engines and tools (headhunting, X-ray, Boolean Search)
Familiarity with social media and professional networks to reach passive candidates
Basic knowledge of any ATS
Basic interviewing techniques
Very good English skills (both in speaking and writing) – at least B2
Creativity in finding new solutions to recruitment challenges, adaptable and flexible towards market demands
