Inviting applications for the role of a IT on site Support

  • Troubleshooting IT problems according to the Standard Operating Procedures and previous trainings,
  • Ticket Management System handling,Desktop/Laptop support,
  • Handling Infrastructure Move/Add/Change requests
  • Managing and Maintaining Telephone System/Printer/Scanner/Fax etc.,
  • Support for: Windows  7, 8+,10 Microsoft Office products; Browsers plus third party packages,
  • Deploying new equipment Including racking, patching, cabling, labeling and configuration,
  • Cooperation with 1st & 3rd line support team and 3rd party staff to coordinate IT activities,
  • Escalation of requests in accordance of support process,
  • Maintaining and updating inventory,
  • Manage service requests, software installs, setups, upgrades, etc.,
Minimum qualifications: 
  • Communicative level of English min. B1
  • Previous experience in IT area
  • Analytical thinking
  • Ability to learn fast
  • Ability to work well under pressure in order to solve complex infrastructure problems
  • Solid interpersonal skills with a focus on teamwork
