Review, revise and confirm the installation schedule and activities during the pre-installation meeting
Make sure all the arrangements agreed on with the customer are done
Supervise the erection, unloading and safe transport of equipment to site and report any damaged or missing items to the Installation Project Engineer/Customer Service Engineer
Meet the customer daily about the work progress, fill the daily site report
Perform daily installation tasks with the team when needed
Execute site tests for equipment according to the test reports done in the factory
Sign commissioning report and conduct closing meeting
After sales:
Assist the Service Engineer when needed
Look for opportunities of spare parts and services sales when on customers’s premises
Attend trainings on Robots (KUKA and ABB_ maintenance frequently and take charge of robots servicing at customers sites.
Head Office Tasks:
Assist Installation Project Engineer in preparing the draft of the installation strategy (schedules, site preparation)
Attend project testing
Prepare SOPs and Lifting Plans for company and partners/suppliers
Safety measures:
Attend safety meeting, enforce safety work methods among the team and fill the site safety report
Requirements
Bachelor degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
Min. 5 years of experience in the machines design field or the installation of equipment
