Customer Service Specialist with Czech
Location: Remote work from Poland
Your daily tasks:
Providing the highest level of customer service;
Answering incoming calls, mails and meeting targets set by our client and management;
Following company policies and procedures, ensuring quality;
Performing daily tasks in an efficient and timely manner;
Achieving quality goals for calls and customer satisfaction.
What do we expect from you?
Language: Native knowledge of Czech and additionally good knowledge of Polish or English;
Experience: Good to have experience in customer service;
Technology: Knowledge of MS Office;
Personality: Motivated and enthusiastic, not scared of challenges.

Working conditions:
Type of contract you choose yourself (freelance contract for students below 26 years old and employment contract for employees above 26 years old);
Basic salary + monthly bonuses;
Work fully remotely in Poland.
