What youll do:
Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide exceptional support
Troubleshoot technical issues with our coffee machines, ensuring quick and effective solutions
Act as a storyteller, sharing our brand’s values and building strong relationships with clients
Collaborate with international teams and contribute to improving customer satisfaction
What we expect:
Fluency in Czech (C1 level) and English (B2 level)
Availability to work from home within Poland or from our office in Katowice - you can decide!
Openness and willingness to understand and meet customer needs
Strong troubleshooting skills and technical attitude
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
A positive attitude and passion for delivering outstanding service
