The Team collaborates closely with the DACH Teams consisting of brokers and consultants. We provide support in administrating client’s policies throughout the year and helping them make the best decisions!
Our office is located in Cracow however in this role we are open to flexibility in terms of hybrid or fully virtual working arrangement.

What the day will look like
As a member of your team, you’d be responsible for providing administrative support in terms of available insurance policies by coordinating, validating, and verifying the data as well as directly contacting the DACH teams to deliver the best solutions available on the market!
The Administrators responsibilities include back-office activity such as:
Preparing various reports & performing administrative tasks based on policy documentation
Following the procedures and guides for the scope of work
Acting as a SME for processes and resolving issues
Participating in projects aimed at process improvement
Participating in transition projects
Conducting trainings for new joiners / other colleagues
Continuously giving and asking for constructive feedback
Coaching and mentoring less experienced colleagues
Ensuring process documentation is up-to-date
Actively attending / leading meetings with the team, internal clients
Suggesting and implementing changes to tools and documentations needed to support effective service delivery
Suggesting process and/or system improvements to team manager & team coordinator
Participating actively in problem solving
Working closely with other teams/internal clients to ensure that all work is carried out in a timely manner and to a high standard
Cooperating closely with team coordinator as well as the team and making sure all SLAs are met
Performing tasks assigned by manager
